All new apartment and furnishing. Five minutes to Dayton Boat Dock and Chickamauga Lake. Close to several nice restaurants, fast food chains and Walmart. It is in a very nice and quite neighborhood. We have a 150 ft. driveway with a 36 ft. metal carport with electric outlets.
We are within 2 miles of the historical road of the Trail of Tears.
About an hour drive on hwy. 30 West to the beautiful Fall Creek Falls State Park. One of the highest fall in Eastern US at 256 feet high. We are a mature couple and available most of the time, willing to help with your needs any way we can. We are within 8 minutes to Dayton Industrial Park.
We have 2 bedrooms, 1st has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds.
My charges are $60. per night for 1st guest and $30 for each additional guest per night with a $35 one time cleaning fee.

With plenty of parking and power for 2 boats, and awesome level lot views of the lake, this makes THE LUNKER LODGE an awesome destination for serious anglers.
