The Loft

• Built in 2024, The Loft is a stylish and cozy guesthouse. We are in a country setting but only
  minutes from Dayton Boat Dock, Bryan College, local restaurants, shopping, and local grocery
  stores. You can also find walking tracks nearby, or if you enjoy hiking, we are close to Pocket
  Wilderness.

  -Bryan College: 8-minute drive
  -Spring City boat dock: 19-minute drive
  -Dollar General: 4-minute drive
  -Walmart: 16-minute drive
  -Pocket Wilderness: 12-minute drive
• The Loft has two bedrooms including one queen bed and one full bed.
• There is a fully functioning kitchen. Dishes, silverware, basic cookware, and utensils are
  provided, along with some basic spices for cooking. There is a single-serve coffee maker
  with some K-cups provided for your use.
• There is one large bathroom with a tiled stand-up shower. Towels are provided, along
  with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a blow dryer.
• A washer and dryer are available for your use in the guesthouse. A basic supply of
  detergent and dyer sheets are provided.
• There is plenty of parking in front of the building with ample parking for boats if needed,
  and the ability to charge your boat.
• There is a flight of stairs to reach the guesthouse. Guests have access to the foyer
  leading to the guesthouse, but do not have access to the attached garage or the rest of
  the building downstairs.
