This is a secluded fully furnished cabin with two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, an open loft (with beds) and a full basement on 9 acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from access to the TN River. There is a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. No smoking. No pets.
Rates: $150.00/night (2 night minimum) or $1000.00 per week (6 nights) for up to 3 people. There’s an additional $25 per night charge for each person over 10 years old. There will be $200 deposit.
