And, the open-ended building beside the house has plenty of plug-ins and an over head light so your boat can be ready for those early mornings.

Complete with a full kitchen that has all you need to cook any meal. The Ol’ Homeplace comfortably sleeps 6, with three beds and a pull out couch.

The Ol’ Homplace is entrally located between Watts Bar Dam and Dayton Boat Ramp. Guests are only 10 miles from Watts Bar and 13 miles from Dayton Boat Ramp.

Guests will have access to all rooms in the house and the open-ended building outside. Guests do not have access to the attached garage or the locked building on the backside of the property. These are used for storage for the owner.
