This beautiful home has 2 covered parking spaces for boats with power and boasts gorgeous views from the huge 45 foot long covered screen porch. Open back yard with easy access to the lake makes this property a rare find on lake Chickamauga.
The second home we call THE LUNKER LODGE (sleeps 6-7) is brand new finished 2 bedroom 1 bath chalet with all the latest design details from interior farmhouse board and batton to the gray hardwood style LVT flooring. The first bedroom has a full size bed with trundle bunk over and the second bedroom has four twin bunk beds. With plenty of parking and power for 2 boats, and awesome level lot views of the lake, this makes THE LUNKER LODGE an awesome destination for serious anglers.

About an hour drive on hwy. 30 West to the beautiful Fall Creek Falls State Park. One of the highest fall in Eastern US at 256 feet high. We are a mature couple and available most of the time, willing to help with your needs any way we can. We are within 8 minutes to Dayton Industrial Park.
We have 2 bedrooms, 1st has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds.
My charges are $60. per night for 1st guest and $30 for each additional guest per night with a $35 one time cleaning fee.
